Recipe Steps

Step 1

In a medium bowl, combine [salsa](shallot), [salsa](jalapeño pepper), and [salsa](garlic clove) (minced). Add [salsa](mango), [salsa](pineapple), [salsa](fresh cilantro), [salsa](tomato), [salsa](coconut nectar), [salsa](pink salt), and [salsa](black pepper). Mix well. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.

Step 2

In a small bowl, whisk together [glaze](coconut aminos), [glaze](sherry vinegar), [glaze](coconut nectar), [glaze](garlic powder), and [glaze](black pepper).

Step 3

Set the air fryer to 400°F.

Step 4

Lightly spray the basket with [ ](avocado oil spray). Place [fish](halibut) in the air fryer basket. Apply a thin layer of glaze to the fillet. Air fry at 400°F for 5 minutes. Apply another layer of glaze and air fry for 4 minutes. Flip the halibut, apply more glaze, and air fry for an additional 2 minutes. Apply a final layer of glaze and air fry for 1 minute, ensuring the internal temperature reaches 145°F.

Step 5

Plate the halibut and top with the mango pineapple salsa. Serve immediately and enjoy!
