Recipe Steps
Step 1
In a blender, combine [soaking](almond) with [soaking](filtered water). Let soak at room temperature for 6–8 hours.
Step 2
After soaking, strain the almonds using a fine mesh strainer and rinse thoroughly under running water.
Step 3
Return the soaked almonds to the blender. Add [almond milk](filtered water) and [almond milk](pink salt). Blend on high speed for 2–3 minutes, until smooth and frothy.
Step 4
Strain the almond milk through a nut milk bag or cheesecloth into a clean bowl, squeezing out as much liquid as possible.
Step 5
Pour into a glass jar or bottle. Store in the refrigerator for up to 4 days. Shake well before each use.
