Recipe Steps
Step 1
Pour [ ](unsweetened soy milk) into the Instant Pot liner. Sprinkle [ ](probiotic powder) over the soy milk. Using a whisk, mix thoroughly to distribute the probiotics evenly.

Cover the Instant Pot liner with cheesecloth and place the lid on top (do not seal). Set the Instant Pot to the Yogurt function and adjust the time to 12 hours.

After 12 hours, carefully remove the liner from the Instant Pot while keeping it covered. Let the yogurt sit at room temperature for 2 more hours to develop its texture.
Step 4
Whisk the yogurt gently to create a smooth consistency. Scoop out ¼ cup and place it in a separate airtight container. Store this reserved yogurt in the refrigerator to use as a starter for your next batch.
Step 5
Transfer the remaining yogurt into clean glass jars or containers. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
