Recipe Description

Ingredients

  • dried cherries - no sugar added - ¼ cups of dried cherries - no sugar added
  • extra virgin olive oil - 1 tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil
  • filtered water - 1 ½ cups of filtered water
  • fresh parsley - ¼ cups of fresh parsley

    ⌞(chopped)

  • garlic clove - 4 garlic cloves
  • hot water - 2 tablespoons of hot water
  • pine nuts - ¼ cups of pine nuts
  • pink salt - ½ teaspoons of pink salt
  • saffron threads - ½ teaspoons of saffron threads
  • sorghum - 1 cup of sorghum
  • yellow onion - 1 yellow onion

Recipe Steps

In a small bowl, add [ ](saffron threads) to [ ](hot water). Let sit for 5 minutes to enhance its flavor and color.

Peel and chop [ ](yellow onion) and [ ](garlic clove).

Set the Instant Pot to sauté mode. When hot, add [ ](extra virgin olive oil). Add the chopped onion and sauté for 2-3 minutes until softened.
